All New & Returning Students

• Certificate of Immunization (Form #3231, view sample, for students new to WCCA and new Kindergarten students)
• Financial Consideration Contract 
• Multimedia Release Form 
• Emergency Information Form (including front/back copy of insurance card)
• Programs Fee (see Programs Fee Schedule for more information)
• Tuition (see Tuition & Fee Schedule for more information)

All Elementary & Homeschool Co-op New Students
This includes both students new to WCCA and those newly entering the Elementary and Homeschool Co-op programs.
Please submit all of the above materials along with the following:

• Legal Birth Certificate
• Copy of Social Security Card
• Ear, Eye & Dental Certificate (Form #3300)
• Community Reference (by an adult who knows your child well and not related)
• Religious Reference (by a minister, youth minister, Sunday school teacher or church leadership)
• Parental Interview with Principal (students new to WCCA)

Early Entrance Kindergartners
While most public schools have a September 1st cut-off date for school entrance, WCCA offers an early entrance program. Kindergartners can enter school with a cut off date of December 1st. Early Entrance Kindergartners must submit all of the materials for All Elementary & Homeschool Co-op New Students along with meeting the following criteria: 

• Satisfactory Score on Kindergarten Readiness Exam (administered by WCCA)
• Satisfactory Observation by Administration (observing child through play)

Grades 1-3 Elementary & Homeschool Co-op New Students
This also includes mid-school year transferring Kindergarten students.
Please submit all of the materials for All Elementary & Homeschool Co-op New Students along with the following:

• Transcript Release Request
• Copy of Latest Report Card
• Copy of Standardized Achievement Testing (ITBS or Stanford)
• Academic Reference (by an academic classroom teacher from child's most recent school)

NOTE: Families will be notified within two weeks of completion of file about acceptance. Homeschool Co-op students will be notified in May for the following school year. Admissions are contingent upon available space and are subject to final approval.
