Our financial policies at West Cobb Chrsitian Academy are set up to help every parent in our school to meet their financial obligation. We have tried to spread fees and tuition payments out in such a way that an unusually large amount of money is not due at any one time.

K - 3rd Grade

• Yearly Tuition: $3,850

• Monthly Payment Option: $385
• 10 payments made over the 10 month school year
• due on the 1st Friday of each month

• Bi-Weekly Payment Option: $192.50 
• 20 payments made over the 10 month school year
• due on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month

Homeschool Co-op (K-3rd Grade)

• Yearly Tuition 
• 1 day a week attendance: $1,200
• 2 days a week attendance: $1,400
• Monthly Payment Options
• 1 day a week attendance: $120
• 2 day a week attendance: $140
• 10 payments made over the 10 month school year
• due on the 1st Friday of each month

Preschool K4

• Yearly Tuition: $1,450 (3 days a week attendance)
• Monthly Payment Option: $145
• 10 payments made over the 10 month school year
• due on the 1st Friday of each month

Mother's Morning Out

• Yearly Tuition 
• 1 day a week attendance: $550
• 2 days a week attendance: $950
• 3 days a week attendance: $1,250
• Monthly Payment Options
• 1 day a week attendance: $55
• 2 days a week attendance: $95
• 3 days a week attendance: $125
• 10 payments made over the 10 month school year
• due on the 1st Friday of each month

Discounts

• 3% - Full Payment Discount: given if tuition is PAID IN FULL by August 1st for the following school year 
• 10% - Church of Christ Elementary Discount: given to all members of a church of Christ for Elementary Grade Students
• 10% - Multi-Child Family Discount: given to families with two or more enrolled students
 

Payment can be made in the form of cash, personal check, credit card (through PayPal, 3% convenience charge applied), money order or cashier's check.
