Items Accepted: Spring/Summer clothes only (sizes infant to 14 girl/boy), accessories, shoes, toys, bikes, children's videos (rated G and PG only), children's books, computer games, video games (rated E only), only action stuffed animals (Dancing Elmo, etc.), nursery items (high chairs, cribs, decor, current car seats, exersaucers, etc.), dress-up clothes
Seller Information:
- All items must be cleaned with all buttons, zippers, snaps, free of odors, no stains, and properly functioning. If items do not meet our standards, they will not be put out.
- All toys, nursery equipment, car seats, layette items must be clean.
- Limit on maternity clothes: 5 items per seller.
- Minimum of 20 items. Maximum of 200 items.
- Drop off times for items will be Tuesday March 2nd and Wednesday March 3rd from 9 am to 12 pm and 5 to 7 pm. You will need to sign up for a day and time. Drop off is located in the fellowship hall of the church building. All items must be dropped off at these times. No exceptions!
- Any items not sold will be ready for pick-up on Saturday, March 6th from 2 to 3 pm. Checks will be ready that day, as well. Since we will not be able to store your items, please pick them up during this time. If you do not, items will be donated to charity that day. No exceptions!
- Seller receives 75% of all sales minus a $5 sellers fee. If you volunteer to work a 3-hour shift, you can receive 80% of all saled minus the seller's fee.
Tagging Information:
- Sellers, please download the following Tag Program (an .xls file).
- Please print tags (no writing, please) on card stock. Pin tags (safety pins only) to the upper right part of the outfit.
- If you can, please use wire hangars. Hangers need to be placed so that the hook is toward the left side of the outfit.
- Saturday is half-price day. If you want items half off, please mark "yes" on your tags and highlight. Most items not purchased by Friday and not marked off for Saturday usually will not sale.
- If you tape a tag on an item, make sure it can be cut off or taken off without damage to the item or the tag. Do not tape tags to the clothing.
- A good pricing guideline is to price your items at 1/3rd of what you would pay for them new.
