• All items must be cleaned with all buttons, zippers, snaps, free of odors, no stains, and properly functioning.  If items do not meet our standards, they will not be put out to sale.
• Limit on maternity clothes: 5 items per seller.
• Minimum of 25 items.  Maximum of 200 items.
• Drop-off of items will be Tuesday, August 24th from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Any items not sold will be ready for pick-up on Saturday, August 28th from 3 to 4 pm.  Checks will be ready that day, as well. Since we will not be able to store your items, please pick them up during this time. If you do not, items will be donated to charity that day.  No exceptions!   
• Seller receives 70% of all sales minus the seller's fee. If you volunteer to work a 3-hour shift, you can receive 75% of all saled minus the seller's fee.

• Sellers, please download the following Tag Program (an .xls file).
• Here is a helpful checklist to use while preparing your items.
• Please print tags (no writing, please) on card stock.  We accept tags from other sales.
• Pin tags (safety pins only) to the upper right part of the outfit.  Secure pants with safety pins.
• Please use wire hangers.  Hangers need to be placed so that the hook is toward the left side of the outfit.
• When you have items with multiple pieces, please use safety pins or packaging tape to secure them together. 
• Put loose parts of toys in ziplock bags and secure to larger part of toy.
• Indicate on the inventory sheet: boy/girl/toy/etc. and reduce yes or no.
• Use only scotch tape on books.
• If you tape a tag on an item, make sure it can be cut off or taken off without damage to the item or the tag.  Do not tape tags to the clothing.

• Price your items to sale quickly. People are looking for bargains.
• Price items at a 1/3 of the new price if the item is like new or never worn; ¼ if the item is in good condition. Name brand clothing usually sells for a higher price than clothing from Target, Walmart, etc.
• Saturday is half-price day.  If you want items half off, please mark "yes" on your tags and highlight.  Most items not purchased by Friday and not marked off for Saturday usually will not sale.
• Prices must be in whole or half dollar increments (i.e. 1.00, 1.50).
